Physical and mathematical model of rock destruction by a milling machine cutter

چکیده
As a result of the analysis work on rock destruction by cutters milling machines, it was found that existing developments do not allow us to proceed derivation calculation d dependencies for determining fracture resistance, or can be used only in preliminary calculations known design parameters machines. To eliminate these disadvantages, combined physical and mathematical model process interaction single cutter with spherical tip has been developed. Consideration picture action forces stresses acting from tips separating element limiting condition allowed describe analytically components total which are part cutters. Analytical dependences tangential normal resistance rocks medium hardness have obtained. The adequacy different universal stand tested both field laboratory conditions. Technical evaluation results experimental studies confirms reliability developed model.
